I had a fantastic stay at Carrick Lodge in the beautiful Mourne Mountains. The house was clean and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were stunning, with amazing views and plenty of scenic walks right from the doorstep. The garden was also lovely, and it was great to have an enclosed space for the dog to run around in. Rachel, our host, was very responsive and helpful. it was a cozy and tranquil getaway that I would definitely recommend.
Nothing bad to say. 😊

Stayed at a wonderful spot in the Mourne Mountains. The house was spotless and beds comfortable. Loved that it was dog-friendly and had a nice garden for the dogs to play in. The views were amazing and the hosts went above and beyond. Also, enjoyed the nearby cafe and their delicious pancakes with pure honey. Will definitely consider coming back in the future.
Don't have any issues at all. 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Carrick Lodge in the beautiful Mourne Mountains. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing, especially the sunsets. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to run around in. The location was great for exploring the area, with plenty of lovely walks nearby. Despite some minor drawbacks like the ladder access to the upstairs rooms and a rowdy night from nearby glampers, our overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Carrick Lodge in the Mourne Mountains was an absolute gem! The location was breathtaking, with stunning views and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The house itself was spotless and had all the modern comforts we needed. It was perfect for our family of seven, and even our two little dogs were welcome. The owner was lovely and made sure everything was satisfactory. The hot tub was a delightful surprise, and the spacious garden was great for the kids. We felt right at home and would definitely come back.
The menu for breakfast could use a little more variety.

Ideal location with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Cozy and well-equipped house for a comfortable stay. Lovely hosts and friendly service at a nearby café.
Potentially dangerous access to upstairs bedrooms via a fold-down ladder. The garden was not securely enclosed, which could be an issue for roaming dogs.
